Albertengo Pandoro

Pandoro is the purist's alternative to the classic panettone. Its golden-yellow, especially soft dough contains no raisins or candied fruits and convinces with a delicate butter and vanilla aroma.

Before serving, Pandoro is traditionally dusted with the accompanying powdered sugar. It is especially delicious with coffee, with mascarpone cream, or lightly warmed as a festive dessert.
